Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005 and a founding partner of the law firm Christophe Caron, Clotilde Fouquet holds a Master’s Degree in applied intellectual property law (Paris XII) with honours and a Master’s Degree in research in communication law (Paris II) with honours. She practises notably in industrial property law (trademark and patent law). She is also highly active in the field of copyright and audiovisual communication law. Her dual training in communication law and intellectual property law also empowers her to act effectively in all infringement cases, particularly on the Internet. Most of Clotilde’s activities involve litigation before the relevant organisations and courts (INPI, OHIM, trade courts, magistrates’ courts, appeal courts, etc.), although consulting (advice, drafting contracts, trademark filing strategy, etc.) also accounts for a significant part of her activity.
